She was able to keep everyone laughing, relaxed, having a great time but also keep the schedule moving the way it needed to. There were times she would pull me aside and encourage me, prepare me for one of the poses by asking me to think about certain things before she started shooting (i.e. "Think about how you felt the first time you met Chris" before she shot me opening his wedding gift to me, things like that). Also, I am definitely a great person to ask about how she navigated difficult situations! It absolutely down poured on my wedding day. And it was a highly emotional time for me leading up to the ceremony because I had always wanted my ceremony to be outside and we specifically booked that space for it to be outside. She handled it like a complete pro. We were still deciding up until an hour before the ceremony started if it would be inside or outside so, needless to say there was a lot of "change of plans" happening. Kristen didn't miss a beat and was still able to make everything that needed to happen, happen. Not only that, but she did it all while still catering to me and my emotions at the time. And on top of that, we got amazing rain photos!"
